We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, our policy is as follows:

  • We accept returns only for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original, sealed packaging.

  • Returns must be initiated within 3 days of the delivery date.

  • Opened or used products, for hygiene and safety reasons, are not eligible for return or refund.

2. Eligibility for a Full Refund

  • A full refund will be issued only if the product is returned in its original, sealed condition.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at Info@8elitenutrition.com within 24 hours of delivery for replacement or exchange.

  • We will require a photo or video of the damaged item and its packaging.

  • We will either send a replacement/exchange or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact our customer support team at Info@8elitenutrition.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  • If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions and a return shipping address.

5. Replacement / Exchange

  • If any replacement or exchange is approved, the new item will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days from the date of return request approval.

6. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
